I have taken courses on Big Data Hadoop, Spark and Scala and finally joined Simplilearn with the hope that this course will give me back more than what I expect. Obviously, I was disappointed with the other institutes where I enrolled for Big Data Hadoop course.
I have been taking courses from Simplilearn for quite some time and here are my observations and feedback:
1. Simplilearn is a very professional company. The support staff and Learning consultants are always eager to help the students to make the life easy for the students so that they can focus on the lessons and trainings. I will not hesitate to name Sheena who is a learning consultant and is a wonderful lady. She scores full marks in all departments supporting the students of Simplilearn.
2. The time to response back is extremely quick. I see that no other learning company can match Simplilearn in this ability for customer support and quick turnaround time.
3. I am specially grateful to a host of Simplilearn trainers in Master Program Big Data and Hadoop developer course and other courses ( e,g Mr.Syed , Mr.Amit ranjan, Mr.Deshdeep Singh and few others who are passionate about the subject and the quality of the training they are imparting are world class. I think the students who are taking the Master program in Big Data developer course from these trainers are very fortunate and this course and projects will definitely help them secure a good job .
4. I have some reservations about their site. They can make it more user friendly. for e.g a new student who enrols in this course in Big data has to struggle finding out how to access the cloud lab and to log in to cloud lab.
5. One more point. The self learning courses in Big data videos is very high paced. We expect him to explain a bit on the content and be little slow.
However, considering all these facts my ratings for Simplilearn is not less than 9.5/10. For career progress, just join Simplilearn and look no where.
