In general, about the same. Heck, most people don’t even notice when/if I am even wearing makeup unless I do something a bit extreme (lipstick or cosplay makeup).
Years ago, at an office job, I wore makeup daily. Not just normal, “no makeup makeup” or “business professional makeup” but a bit flashy. Red, blue, purple, hot pink, or green winged or double winged liner, shimmery high pigment eye shadows, star shaped beauty marks, whatever my mood felt like. Then I got sick, had some health issues. It took my co-workers 3 wks to realize I had stopped wearing my funky makeup. While I noticed the drastic difference, no one else did.
Now, it depends on the mood and the weather for me to wear makeup. It can still be subtle to extreme when I do. Still, most people rarely notice, unless it is a bit more out of the norm.
The only item I have noticed makeup-wise that people will really notice and treat me differently because of is lipstick. More men will avoid eye contact, but more women will compliment me if I wear certain shades. It’s amusing. If I wear my fun shades of black, grey, purple, blue, or green lipsticks, women love it, will start conversations with me, etc, while men will suddenly become interested in their shoes as they walk away. Same thing with cosplay makeup.
