In spiritual circles, we have a tendency to keep moving the goal posts.
Someone always seems to have a better method, so we try one thing, then another.
Meditation masters aren’t telling you to stop thinking, exactly.
It’s more like they’re inviting you to stop moving the goal posts.
Whatever your practice is, it’s good enough.
Unnecessary and stressful thinking will soon abate by itself.
