A Rubik's cube can be solved in very simple steps followed by :-

1. Cross.
2. Corner insertion.
3. Second layer.
4. Last layer cross.
5. Last layer edge Permutation.
6. Last layer corner Permutation.
7. Last layer corner orientation.

First of all you should know about pieces and notations

⬆️These are notations for easy understandings

Well you need to learn only Front, Right and Upper layer notations for beginners method.

Now some basics:-

A Rubik’s cube have

• 6 faces and 20 pieces which can move freely in given directions.
• It also have 6 centres but they can never change their places,
• 3 colour piece is called corner,
• 2 colour piece is called edge.

Now method :—

1. First make a cross sign or can say a plus sign on any colour like this:

Mention that you also attach correct edges with correct centres.

2. Corners

Attach correct corners with a move (R⬆️ U⬅️ R'⬇️ U'➡️)

Just you have to place the corner on opposite layer where you have to place the corner and complete all corners using same steps and make your cube to look like this:—

3. Second layer

Now you have to make second layer means you have to place correct edges on second layer by using this trick :—

Find an edge piece in the top layer which doesn't have any yellow colour on either of its 2 faces.

Turn the top so that it matches a center.

Face the piece and check if the top color matche the right center or left center.

If it matches the right side, then do this:

1. Turn the top with your right hand.
2. Do the right 4-move(R⬆️ U⬅️ R'⬇️ U'➡️.)
3. Rotate the cube to face the right side
4. Do the left 4-moves

If it matches the left side, do the following moves:

1. Turn the top with your left hand
2. Do the left 4-moves
3. Rotate the cube to face the left side
4. Do the right 4-moves

Repeat this till whole 2nd layer edges is solved.

But there can be one case where you will face that there is no Non yellow piece left on top layer then just put any yellow piece in unsolved slot and check again there will be your piece.

3. Now for third layer:—

Make a plus sign on top of layer same as first layer cross but with algorithm to save whole solved cube

If you make your both layers perfectly than you will see something like these pics:—

Dot case:

L shape case:

• First one is dot case
• Second is L shape
• Third is Line shape
• Fourth one is your final destination ‘plus sign'.

They all can be solved by one algorithm:—

F ⤵️(R⬆️ U⬅️ R'⬇️ U'➡️) F'⤴️.

• For first case:

Hold from any side and use it once and you will reach on second case.

• For second case:

Hold a cube so that one yellow colour edge is on back and one on your left and perform this algorithm 2 times to make a cross.

• For third case(line case):

Hold a cube such that correct edges of yellow color should be on your right and left side not on your front side and perform this algorithm once to complete the cross.

5. Edge Permutation.

Now you have made a cross but the edges must be misspermuted and to attach them in correct place perform this algorithm while placing both wrong colour edges on front onces or twice:—

R⬆️ U2⬅️⬅️ R'⬇️ U'➡️ R⬆️ U'➡️ R'⬇️

Now your cube must be looking like:—

Now you have to correct your corners

Now u have to watch carefully that your corners are on correct position or not. Means corner can be rotated but its colours are right as its position.

If all corners are on there right place than wallah you have almost solve your cube but if not than check which corner is solved if 0 are solved than use below algorithm twice and if 1 than do if once.

CUBE POSITION:— place correct corner on your right side if one and if 0 than hold your cube in any direction.

Algorithm is :—— L'⬆️ U⬅️ R⬆️ U'➡️ L⬇️ U⬅️ R'⬇️.

Now Turn the cube over so that the unsolved corners are all in the bottom layer.

You may have 2, 3, or 4 unsolved corner pieces.

Repeatedly do the 4 moves until the front/right corner is solved (has yellow on the bottom).

Then turn the bottom layer (not the whole cube) to bring an unsolved corner to the front/right. Repeat until the whole cube is solved

Now your cube may be solved if you correctly follow these steps.
