Honey on rice. This was the only thing that I think no one what I've known has done. It wasn't all the time but it sure is yummy!

My mom is a fantastic cook but another thing that is pretty unique is cottage cheese pancakes. They are wonderful with peanut butter on them and we still eat them when we go home to visit.

The weird thing that I now do I picked up in Australia. Americans think it's pretty weird though. That's beets and fried eggs on hamburgers and lemon and sugar on pancakes. I hated vegemite (barf in a jar) but those 2 are gems I love to turn other Americans on to!
