I used to eat it and found it delicious and I still do and i don't think I'll ever stop.
Near the Easter, we usually bake tsoureki, which is a soft and sweet version of a bread basically (it has some other ingredients that make it also smell differently), and it looks like this :
This combined with boiled eggs and ham.
I swear it's one of my favorites!
My grandma is from Austria and she always made (her children and us, the grandchildren) this delicious meal but the rest of my family (my mother's side) think it's a weird combination because tsoureki is sweet wereas ham is salty and eggs are….. Well eggs aren't salty but people usually add salt to them. If you ever try it you won't think it is weird either! 😉
