I’ve seen couples married 40–50 years divorce. Usually because they have grown to dislike each other. One lady told me I cannot stand how he chews his food. I cannot look at his ugly face one more day. Another lady told me that she objected to the divorce because we hate each other but we should stay married for the sake of our kids (they were in their 30’s and 40’s).
