The simple answer to this is - we are aware and already working towards it. I have highlighted the deficiencies in the site on another question.
It's not just India, but if you look at most international Groupon sites - they have the same UI and buying flow. It isn't close to ideal - I will be the first to admit - but as I speak there are changes being executed at the global level. To see how it would be check out
