Perhaps wrong person to be asked to answer - my response will be
1. Definitely not a dishonest business
2. Hopefully not a awful manager/head - but my opinion doesnt count here one bit!
We are not perfect and I will be the first one to admit. And we know our flaws as well.
Considering we are part of a global setup there are elements of the business that we dont control - such as the product (website). And that does deliver a sub-optimal experience to our customers. In such events what we hope to do is to keep our customers as happy as we can - and thats why I spend a lot of time scanning the web for customer issues and resolving them.
You visibly havent had a bad experience and I checked that I havent heard from your side ever. Perhaps you have dropped in an email to our support and we havent been able to deliver on the promise.
