We all have the ability to elicit a state of profound peace.
When you “find” this state, there is no mistaking it.
You will experience extraordinary stillness, combined with diamond-like clarity.
We have an interesting relationship with this state.
We can trigger it and it’s our default.
Like breathing, we can elicit it consciously and it happens all by itself.
To realize it, you only need three ingredients:
- A technique, posture, or activity that supports your intention to experience profound stillness and peace.
- A completely passive attitude with regard to this state. Let the natural state reveal itself in its own time.
- Total lack of concern about practice and results. If your mind wanders, just return to your practice without self-reproach.
