If you find yourself listing the reasons why you’re mad at someone - or something similar - you can remind yourself this is your opportunity to enjoy a quiet walk.

It’s so nice to sit down and enjoy sitting down!

Or to walk and enjoy the fresh air.

We believe we’re meditating to attain a special state, and this is our barrier.

There are people who don’t disturb themselves because they’ve noticed it’s counterproductive.

None of them has ever said we must attain a special state.
