Step 2: be happy

The first step is simple enough, but we always seem to skip it.

We want to be happy and worry as much as ever.

But happiness isn’t something we manufacture.

We find happiness the same way we create space.

Like space, happiness is there already.

We just need to get rid of the junk that’s obscuring it.

This is the only remedy.

If you do step 1, step 2 is automatic.
