I am just going to answer the question without giving any background from my life. There is a certain elegance in brevity—

At the age of 25, I discovered the power of quiet mornings.

At the age of 27, I discovered that happiness is a choice — that the wineglass is both half-empty and half-full. Both are correct. Each of us chooses.

At age 31, I discovered that freedom has two parts. The easy part is not allowing others’ expectations to steer your life. The hard part is not foisting your expectations onto others.

By age 33, I knew in my bones that 99.9% of questions do not have answers and that living with uncertainty — actually embracing it — was key.

The part of The Universe that we can actually understand is vanishingly small.

Knowing this is, itself, a kind of knowledge. At some point knowledge becomes wisdom — ever more difficult to communicate.

ps: the long version.
