.) A crepe maker. A flat pan works just as well and takes up much less space.

.) An air fryer. We got rid of it already because it's no better than using an oven and cooks substantially less food.

.) A George Foreman grill. It's now sitting on the top of the cupboard completely neglected. I found that I don't really like my food with all the fat drained out.

.) A VR headset. It was fun for about 30 minutes and then the novelty wore off. Not to mention that it can be quite dizzy-making.

.) Alexa and Google Home (somehow we've ended up with both). Basically I ask them about the weather forecast and occasionally set a timer for something. It's quite pointless because this can be done with a phone.

.) A photo printer. I think we printed about 10 pictures and then completely forgot about it. I don't even know where it is.

.) I didn't buy this but someone gave me one of those hairbrushes that is supposed to straighten your hair. It doesn't work, but even if it did, my hair is not straight and I don't try to make it so. This gift went in the trash before long.

.) Obscure spices that you see on a cooking show once and think that you're going to find many uses for. E.g. the very large bottle of urfa biber in our spice cabinet that is really only useful if you're making harissa…which I've maybe done once.

.) High-heel shoes. I have a couple pairs of them somewhere that I just never wear because they're so friggin uncomfortable.

.) Art supplies. I have all this amazing art stuff to do anything from painting to mosaic but never find the time or motivation to take it all out, do something and then clean it up again.

.) Bonus: my husband's electronics boxes. Similar to my art supplies he has boxes of wires, chips, and things I can't identify that he hasn't opened for at least two years.
