It’s a matter of monkey-see, monkey-do.

Some people discovered they’re happy already.

They saw that whenever they don’t bother themselves, their heart is at peace.

They realized it’s never necessary to bother themselves.

They don’t know what will happen or should happen.

Some spontaneously gained absolute trust in a higher power.

And some just stopped bothering themselves, without needing a particular excuse.

Without anything to disturb them, they sat down in a comfy spot.

People came along and saw them sitting there, in the most exquisite peace.

Who wouldn’t want to be like them?

There’s not much to imitate - they’re just sitting around.

We can sit around, too.

Unfortunately, we can’t just sit around.

We need a seven-point plan.

And a certificate program.

And a right way and wrong way to do it.

I should probably mention:

There is some benefit to sitting, if you can manage to not bother yourself.

Once you’ve mastered this art, you’ll realize sitting wasn’t the active ingredient.

You can practice the art of not bothering yourself while walking or waiting for the bus.
