I think that there are some who do and some who don't. It depends on the parents discretion. It is recommended though to use secondhand clothes for children rather than buying new one's, especially if they are still in the growing stage in their lives. It wont really matter as long as what you give them still looks good and that they are at ease in wearing those clothes.
