Here are some of the problems we face.
3D films.
You can't watch the film without your specs, if you have a weak long vision. So somehow you'll have to adjust the 3D specs over your own specs. It kind of spoils the experience. A perfect fit is impossible.
I spend the entire first half adjusting the two frames, trying to overlap them, but in vain.
Second half of the film, I watch, like this…
Maggi.
Yes, you're just about to gorge on that hot, steaming bowl of Masala Maggi. But the moment you bring you head close to the bowl, this happens…
You can't read a book while lying.
The frame will always get stuck between the head and the pillow in an awkward position. You can't turn left, or right.
So either take off the specs and read but with a blurred vision, or simply get back to sitting. Or maybe just sleep?
Always Dirty.
Always.
Where are my specs?!
It'll get lost everytime you're running late.
This one is for the lazy people.
Everytime I change my t-shirt, I do a quick assesment of whether it's worth taking my specs off. And the final decision is always wrong.
Always take your specs off, no matter how much exhaustive it may be.
Selecting a new frame.
It takes a lot of time, and yeah, overthinking.
This happens a lot!
No, not the slapping thing. But even a slight brush of someone's hand and there you go, the glasses fly off. And it gets very awkward in public places.
Wearing Headphones and Helmets.
The frame just loves to get stuck in uncomfortable positions.
Lenses don't have wipers.
When it rains, the only option you have is to take them off. No point in wiping off the water with your already drenched t-shirt.
Seriously.
So, these are some of the few things I happen to struggle with every other day. :/
Also, I take off my specs in photos. Hence my DP.
Thanks for reading. :)
