Hi, thanks for your question
Canada Express Entry was first introduced in 2015 and under this immigration pathway, the applicant has to follow a straightforward procedure to receive an ITA before applying for a Canada PR.
Following are the few easy steps to apply for the Express Entry:
Step 1: Send your Documents and Transcripts for ECA
The first step is to get your Education Credential Assessment done. Generally, WES is most widely accepted in Canada. This step is done in order to provide Canadian equivalency to your educational documents.
Step 2: Take your IELTS
Secondly, you should be preparing and taking your IELTS exam. Having a score of CLB 7 is the minimum you should be scoring to have a good CRS score.
Step 3: Create your Express Entry profile
The above two steps are completed first because once you create your EE profile, you would need to submit your ECA report and your IELTS score. Other significant details that are to be filled in are age, work experience, adaptability, etc. A minimum of 67 out of 100 should be scored by you in order to be placed in the Express Entry pool with other candidates.
Step 4: Receive ITA
If you shall be able to meet the CRS cut-off, you will receive an official invitation to apply by the Canadian government. In normal circumstances, Express Entry draws are conducted every 2-3 weeks and the cut-off varies in each draw. Once you get the ITA, you will have 60 days to submit all the necessary documents like PCC (Police Clearance Certificate), Medical certificates, Biometrics, Proof of funds, Scanned copy of Passport, Digital photographs, Proof of employment (if received a work offer letter) and the immigration fees.
Step 5: Receive COPR and apply for a PR
Once all the above documents are submitted, they are verified by the Canadian government. After successful processing of these documents, you will be sent a Confirmation of Permanent Residence and will receive visa stamping. Once you land in Canada, you will be receiving your PR card at your Canadian address within 60-80 days.
These are pretty simple steps, however; they are fairly technical and need expert handling. You can contact nationwide Visas for getting your PR through Express Entry as they are the Canada PR masters.
