My child is studying in Allen. We chose Allen as it is a renowned name for JEE Coaching but now I am regretting my decision.

The teachers that taught their batch have left Allen and now they have merged them with a lower batch.

Most of the times they send them recorded sessions and the few live lectures that are conducted, happen with the lower batch. Instead of hiring new teachers, they are forcing the students to study with other batches where the teaching technique is completely different.

The lower batches do not have experienced teachers and have very few practice questions.

The only focus of Allen lies on extremely scholar students who can get the ranks. They do not care about those students who have the potential to perform better with the right guidance and hence students like my son get completely ignored.

This gets demotivating at many times as my child puts in so much hard work and his only focus is to get into IIT, but this behavior of Allen of giving preferential treatment to star batches and completely ignoring us can affect his scores.

The students at least deserve to get good teachers as we were promised at the time of admission.
