In my experience, I had to reapply multiple times. Eventually after visiting the main office a few times, you’ll start to get to know the people who work there and often times they’re very helpful and try to help you get in.

This at least, was my experience. After having come for my fourth interview in only a year or so, certain employees vouched for me and helped me get in, this is a big factor and will actually help you a lot.
