Moebius strip is one over two ( [math]\frac{1}{2}[/math] ) knot in Knot theory , extended with one more dimension

Here one over two is transforming to two over three.

A one over two is twisting only 180 degrees (pi) when the two over three is twisting 360 degrees (2pi) thus the length of the two over three knot is exactly the twice of a circle : 4 PI R

as it is rotating around exactly one more dimension.
