This ended quickly after the staff started maliciously complying by just turning and walking away abruptly from managers and executives at the end of 2 minutes anytime they stopped to talk to them.

I mean who comes up with this stuff?

Edit: Can not believe the number of upvotes on this insanity. Glad it is just not me that sees the utter ridiculousness of this. Anyways, a few weeks ago I finally escaped that insane place and many nutty office rules like this one, and work at a much less toxic environment and it is almost night and day the difference in morale.
