An embarrassing situation did pop up while I was interning with a female colleague of mine.

The door knob of the washroom wasn't getting locked properly and not everyone in the office had idea about it. So my female colleague went to use the washroom and while she was inside the other male colleague tried opening the door and due to the problem with the lock the door opened.

The entire act was followed by

Screams- awkward silence - uncontrollable weird laughter

Thankfully she was done with her act and was just about to leave.
