Could anyone imagine that T.O.P used to eat only one yanggaeng, a jelly made of red beans during his diet. Such an unsafe diet but he is fit right now.

Soyou admitted she used to extreme diet in the past to get a slim figure. She ate only four quail eggs without yolk, low-fat milk and salad without dressing. Her diet was really unhealthy.
