Referrals give you a glimpse at what a company is all about – not just what they say on their website. Companies can make themselves sound exceptional, credible, and experienced, but a referral from a friend or family can draw a different picture and carry more weight.
  • Search for Online Reviews:- Happy people don't tend to write as many reviews as unhappy people who feel forced to shower the world with their terrible experiences. Remember, often, those reviews are people using it as an opportunity to release, blow a story out of balance, or try to damage the company's reputation. If a company has all lousy reviews, that's a red flag. But if they often have good reviews and a few bad ones, that's pretty average. No one is perfect.

It makes you feel reassured that a company is reliable and concerned with its reputation. You can take the help of wipe champs cleaning services.

They use outdated products…AJAX! ICK! Nothing antibacterial, and on the way out we spray this smelly sweet stuff everywhere just to make it more phony, bad for breathing and basically sickening.

I know people like me who charge maybe $80 for 4–5 hours may seem like a lot but I use quality products. I get up on ladders. I don't go AROUND your counter appliances. I clean your microwave. I make sure to use my attachments for closet runnels and sliding glass door runnels. Corners. I have an excellent vacuum that uses water(the Rainbow vac is the purest made) and NOTHING comes at me or your home. I do windows. I do anything extra you ask for. I use bleach when it's needed(tiles in the bathroom shower..I actually scrub the grout). My cleaners are the newest and best. I take pride. I use a Dirt Devil hand vac if you have rugs on your stairs. Because I am efficient and use the best products I can do more.

I don't clean anymore…this isn't a promotion.haha. I just hate how awful and INEFFICIENT and clueless cleaning companies are.

A good thing is to always leave shower doors open for drying. Take used, wet washrags out. They cause mildew. Especially take those awful round body scrubbers that are stupid out. They are filthy.

If you cannot find someone this way, you will likely find the most reliable and loyal cleaning person by hiring an individual rather than a company. People hired by a company that employs a lot of cleaners often don’t get paid well and may not have loyalty to the company, let alone the customer.

Remember, cleaning professionals do all the things you don’t want to do yourself or aren’t good at, or can’t stand to do. This is worth something. Treat them well, pay them well, and they will respect you and be trustworthy because they won’t want to lose you as a client. It’s as simple as that.

I know even in my smaller area there are a ton of local cleaning services to choose from. Some major points I’d make I asked when looking to hire a cleaning company are the following:

  • Do their run background checks on all of their cleaners? For obvious reasons.

  • Do they bring their own cleaning supplies? Some companies don’t with home cleaning. Many people have specific cleaning products they prefer to be used in their home, while others don’t care. Make sure they align with you needs.
  • Cleaning supplies also refer to vacuums, mops, etc.. which may lead to questions about their care of your more expensive cleaning items.
  • And of course some basic questions like how much experience they have? How to they track cleaners and make sure they’re working efficiently on your dime? And so on..

These are some of the base questions I would ask.

The good and bad side of choosing a cleaning company is that they’re a dime a dozen. Good in the sense that you can afford to shop around. Bad in the sense that not all cleaning companies are equal, so you really have to do your research. I’d recommend really interviewing each company. Collect all the details so that you can make an informed decision.

If you’re still uncertain, choose your top 2 companies and ask for a face to face meeting with the cleaners in their office or a trial run of some sort.

Oh, and of course— check reviews!!

The world is your oyster. :)

Communicating fluently in English is a gradual process, one that takes a lot of practice and time to hone. In the meantime, the learning process can feel daunting: You want to get your meaning across correctly and smoothly, but putting your ideas into writing comes with the pressure of their feeling more permanent. This is why consistent, tailored suggestions are most helpful for improving your English writing abilities. Seeing specific writing suggestions based on common grammatical mistakes multilingual speakers make in English is key to improving your communication and English writing fluency.

Regular feedback is powerful because writing in a language that isn’t the first one you learned poses extra challenges. It can feel extra frustrating when your ideas don’t come across as naturally as in your primary language. It’s also tough to put your writing out there when you’re not quite sure if your grammar and wording are correct. For those communicating in English in a professional setting, your ability to write effectively can make all the difference between collaboration and isolation, career progress and stagnation.

Grammarly Pro helps multilingual speakers sound their best in English with tailored suggestions to improve grammar and idiomatic phrasing. Especially when you’re writing for work, where time often is in short supply, you want your communication to be effortless. In addition to offering general fluency assistance, Grammarly Pro now includes tailored suggestions for writing issues common among Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, French, and German speakers, with more languages on the way.

Features for all multilingual speakers

Grammarly’s writing suggestions will catch the most common grammatical errors that multilingual speakers make in English. For example, if you drop an article or misuse a preposition (such as “on” instead of “in”), our sidebar will flag those mistakes within the Fix spelling and grammar category with the label Common issue for multilingual speakers. Most importantly, it will provide suggestions for fixing them. While these errors seem small, one right after another can make sentences awkward and more difficult to absorb. Eliminating them all in one fell swoop is a powerful way to put a more fluent spin on your document.

Features for speakers of specific languages

With Grammarly Pro, speakers of French, German, Hindi, Mandarin, and Spanish can get suggestions specifically tailored to their primary language, unlocking a whole other level of preciseness in written English. For speakers of those languages, our sidebar will flag “false friends,” or cognates, which are words or phrases that have a similar form or sound in one’s primary language but don’t have the same meaning in English.

But now Grammarly Pro’s writing suggestions will catch these types of errors for you and provide suggestions on how to fix them. You can find these suggestions in the Sound more fluent category in our floating sidebar. Simply click on the suggestion highlighted in green, and voila, your English will be more polished and accurate.

PS: Tailored suggestions for other language backgrounds are on the way!

  4. Once the quote is done, determine if the price quote fits your budget. If it does, contact them to schedule the cleaning. If not, then repeat steps above.

One more thing, don't sacrifice quality for a cheaper price. Most cleaning services charge anywhere from roughly $25 to $75 an hour. This allows these businesses to have employees, cover overhead costs, and turn a small profit from providing the service. Anything below the $25 minimum should be a red flag that the business may not be legit.

Hope this helps.

To find house cleaning services, start by searching online for local providers with good reviews and ratings. Ask friends or family for recommendations, or check community boards for trusted cleaners. Be sure to compare prices, services offered, and whether they bring their own supplies. Always verify if the company is licensed and insured before hiring. This will help you find the right house cleaning services for your needs.

Look for online reviews on reliable platforms and pay attention to both positive and negative feedback. Additionally, personal recommendations can provide insights into the experiences of others and help you make an informed decision.

Inquire About Cleaning Procedures and Products:

It's important to understand the cleaning procedures and products used by the cleaning service. My mother indoctrinated me into her religious level of cleaning as soon as I was old enough to be able to help. It started with learning to make beds. Then, I was doing dishes. Next, I had to learn to the clean the bathroom because I had the privilege of having my own bathroom. I was a naturally neat child and loved organizing things into sets and subsets… I loved order… the Dewey Decimal System made so much sense to me. So it was really easy for my mom to train me to be the housewife she assumed would be my only ambition. Except it wasn’t.

As with cooking, I learned over time that being organized and keeping to a routine was helpful when keeping the house clean so you didn’t have to work so hard to keep it clean. But I began giving in on my obsessive cleanliness for the sake of having cats… and made exceptions when I lived with other people… and there were more exceptions when I had a child and added more pets. Eventually, between my job and the increased size of my house and beings living in it who weren’t helping me, I let my housework get to an overwhelming level that I had trouble keeping up with. I was washing dishes from the night before trying to get the things I needed clean so I could finish the meal and have something to serve it on. Which left dishes from that night for the next day which wouldn’t get washed until I got home from work and the cycle just kept perpetuating itself. Nothing was organized, too many things didn’t have homes, and I was too tired to keep up with it all and resentful of the amount of time I was wasting every weekend trying to catch up.

I’ve bought books on cleaning and organizing and read them. I’ve watched YouTube videos. I haven’t gone Marie Kondo yet, but I am getting curious. However, I decided to try something new this year and was given the time to do it because my place of employment shuts down during Christmas break for ten days, during which time I get paid and my husband wasn’t going to be home and in my way for most of that time. My daughter moved out and took one of the inside pets with her, so keeping up with her isn’t an issue any more. So what did I do?

I started with a room a day. I started from the front of the house and cleaned the rooms that company may see first. Living room, dining room, bathroom and hall, kitchen, then bedroom, and finally the bonus room. I set a goal to do a room a day and to be finished before January 1. January 2nd was the start of the second phase of my plan. I started from the top and worked my way down, which only makes sense. If I clean the whole room and then decided to clean the fan, I’m making a mess of everything I just did. I keep everything I need in the room with me, organized and easy to access. I brought extra cleaning cloths and extra mop pads. The ceiling fan got cleaned first in every room. Followed by vacuuming upholstery and dusting wood furniture, high pieces first, low pieces last. I cleaned the windows of hand and snout prints. I dusted every knickknack and book we had on the tables and shelves and cleaned under them. I made sure to get the baseboards and other ledges that may be dusty. We had a rabbit habitat in a corner of the living room that had been removed a few months before when the rabbit died but the area where the rabbit had been hadn’t been cleaned yet. I had to get down on my hands and knees and clean the floor with a scrub brush and wipe down the walls around the area where the cage was. And finally, I swept and mopped the room, cleaning small sections as I would move the furniture to clean under it.

I did a room a day so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed with how much needed to be done. I also know that personally, doing more, even if I think I can, will mean that I can’t move the next day because of health issues. If you don’t have these issues, you could do more… but the one room a day thing meant that I could reorganize things so stuff that “doesn’t spark joy” as I’ve heard is the mantra of Marie Kondo, gets thrown out and everything has a place to live and there are no junk drawers.

The main work was finished, as planned, by January 1 so that I could move onto the next phase of my plan January 2nd when my office reopened. Some of the rooms in the house took more than one day… like the dining room, which has several bookcases that needed each book removed and dusted and put back. But for the most part, everything was organized as I went. There are still drawers that have things like stacks and stacks of photos that need to be individually scanned and saved on a computer before being stored in photo boxes and put in a closet. I still need to reorganize our clothes closet and the spice rack, among other things, but in general, the house is really clean and it’s lowered my anxiety a lot.

The next phase was to keep the house clean. So once a week, the plan was to sweep and mop, do the laundry and store it, and work on at least one organizing task to get it out of the way. Like going through the spice rack or organizing the closet or cleaning out the fridge or de-glutening the pantry. My mother-in-law got me a robot vacuum that is so helpful for this phase. While I’m doing other things, the robot sweeps and vacuums the house for me and when it’s done, I can mop without sweeping first. It even gets under furniture. It’s awesome. The other part of this phase is the things I do daily. So this month I’m working on making it a habit to wash dishes every night before I go to bed, wipe down the kitchen surfaces, store leftovers, and take a long hot bath (self-care is important). In the morning, I feed all our animals, walk the big dog, brush my teeth, work on my makeup routine, fix my hair, put the clean dishes away, make the bed, and wash my makeup brushes. I have exactly enough time to do this every morning before I need to leave the house and go to work. It’s been 15 days since I started and I already see that I’m doing it automatically and even though I don’t want to do the dishes because the house is freezing and my heater is broken, I still know it’ll only take a few minutes and I can knock it out quickly and hurry back into the warm bedroom. Having a home for everything and keeping up with a routine every day has worked great because I have so little to do in my time off now that I don’t resent everything I have to do on the weekends or after work because it isn’t so overwhelming any more.

Next month, once I’ve been doing all of this for 30 days and it’s a habit, I’ll start another set of good habits… I’m thinking doing 30 minutes a day on my treadmill before my bath because it’s something I really need to get back into. Yes, I’m still going to need to do a major clean including windows and ceiling fans every month or so, but keeping up with what has already been done is a huge step into making that not take ten days to accomplish.
