I attend an interview of DELOITTE at ITC HOTEL , KOLKATA

  1. It was unsystematic un-planned interview, as the 2 HR came from hyderabad just for a day and has to leave for hyderabad around 8′o’clock (scheduled departure of flight). so it means they have to leave for airport and check-in atleast 1 hour before it means 7 P:M.
  2. Near about 50 candidate, time span 9 to 6 (9 hrs) , selection process for each candidates has 3–4 round and all of such round on telephone, video and face to face. which takes almost 45 Min to 1hrs in 1 candidate.
  3. 2–2:30 lunch break, without any fooding arrangement for candidate, except Coffee and 2–4 Biscuits, even can’t go to outside
  4. And most entertaining one : at 5 o’clock , the 2 HR came and told as we have select the good candidature and also need more to select but since we had short span of time as we have to take flight, so last 1–2 hrs selection process would be based on GROUP DISCUSSION (HAHAHAHAHA)

I was the First person who solemnly and firmly raise my hand in front of HR and told “sir i am not interested to participates in GD” on asking Why, just told getting late, have to go long way and moved from there.

Means last 1–2 hrs they played a game of group discussion and spent time with candidate and leave for hyderabad, those who select in GD will get call.

I mean A company like Deloitte can make such kind of stupidity ,chutiyapa, bakchodi n all. WTF when you don’t have proper planning, timing, vacancy then why you had called 50 candidate to come for interview.

Then i realize HR IS MAHA CHUTIYA, and just do AKHAND CHUTIYAPA.

Even Interview of PWC SDC has also same kind of chutiyapa things which lead to belief that ……………………………yeah HR IS…………….and just do ………….. :-)
