As many mentions, it is チャイム (chaimu) but it used to be called 終鈴(shurei) that means a bell to end a class.
Also there are 予鈴 (yorei) and 本鈴 (honrei). 本鈴 is to let students know a class starts and 予鈴 tells a class will be start soon.
