The short answer is yes. Whole milk is the same as full cream milk. Another term that is used on both whole milk and full cream milk is fresh milk. In fact, in many countries, you are more likely to see the “fresh milk” branding than whole milk. The latter is a term that is not used commonly.

On the full cream milk, there is some difference depending on the types of cows that produce the milk. My understanding that the best comes from Jersey cows.
