The savoriness of the turkey and the tartness of the cranberry sauce offset each other and merge together to make your taste buds come alive. That is the reason I love Thanksgiving meals. I love the combination of the two.
All those people who complain about the dryness of the turkey do not need to eat dry turkey any more. Take the turkey out of the oven and immediately wrap foil around it sealing it around the pan. Let it set for 20 minutes before cutting. That should solve the dryness problem.
