Google analytics is able to track it. You just need to go to Acquisition/All Traffic/referrals:
In this report you can search for Quora and it will show you all the traffic you are getting from Quora.
If you click on “quora.com” in the source column you will be redirected to a detailed breakdown of traffic per answer.
I would not recommend to include utm parameters in the links you include in your Quora answers (As recommended by Brice in 2016: Brice Holmes's answer to How do I find out how many visitors I get from Quora to my blog?). Including utm parameters or using link shortener tools, will now increase the chances of your answer to get collapsed.
