Thanks for taking the time to review TopResume. I am the CEO of Talent Inc, which owns TopResume and I wanted to correct a few incorrect statements below.

  1. Our customer support number is 1-800-604-1929
  2. Our team of writers includes both freelancers and full-time writers. We hold all writers to a very high standard and have a dedicated quality assurance team to ensure consistent quality. All writers are US based.
  3. We previously had a relationship with Groupon but that has been discontinued.
  4. TopResume does not pay $20 per resume and we have never paid writers late, that is just completely false.

A great resume can open up doors and create new career opportunities. It is a big responsibility that we take very seriously. It’s unfortunate when incorrect statements like these are made.
