Serotonin

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. This neurotransmitter also helps with sleeping, eating, and digestion. Curcumin significantly prevented the stress-induced decrease in serotonin, helping to overcome stress-induced behavioral abnormalities. In another rat study, curcumin supplementation helped restore serotonin balance when alcohol consumption had adversely affected it.

Stress/Anxiety

Chronic exposure to stress is a well-known risk factor for the development of mood and anxiety disorders. Researchers tested8 the efficacy of curcumin in promoting resilience to chronic social stress in mice.

Sleep

Curcumin helped significantly reduce (P < 0.05) the following: sleeping during the day, decreased sexual interest, and decreased sexual activity. Turmeric supplementation for 21 days resulted in clinically relevant and statistically significant improvement in fatigue and insomnia.

Although known mostly for its anti-inflammatory effects, curcumin clearly has value for positively impacting stress/anxiety and sleep due at least in part to its ability to increase serotonin levels.

1. Turmeric Soothes Digestion*

Our digestive system is a complex group of organs that helps us breakdown food into the nutrition our body needs to survive. The lining of the digestive tract can affect how well we absorb nutrients and also serves as a guard against harmful pathogens. When the lining of the digestive tract becomes inflamed, this can compromise the barrier. Turmeric spice soothes the sensitive lining of the digestive tract, helping it to heal and maintain its intestinal barrier integrity.* This versatile spice also stimulates bile production which aids in digestion.

2. Turmeric Amps Up Fat Burning*

Turmeric contributes to a positive reaction in the body’s storage of fat by influencing Janus Kinase enzymes.* These enzymes have various functions, but they can also increase pro-inflammatory markers. Initial studies suggest that turmeric’s lessening of the activity of these enzymes encourages the body’s use of fat for energy instead of storing the fat.

3. Improves Skin Complexion*

Could your complexion use a bit of a pick me up? Many skin concerns have one root cause- inflammation. Taking turmeric internally or using topical products with this herb may calm irritation.

4. Turmeric Supports Strong Bones*

Bones are a dynamic structure that is constantly being torn down and rebuilt by bone cells called osteoblasts and osteoclasts. As we age, this process can become less efficient and bone loss can occur. Turmeric supports bone density health by reducing osteoclasts’ ability to break down bone.* This can be a useful benefit for maintaining the health of bones well into your golden years

And the doctor can prescribe a course of antibiotics, but regardless of antibiotics, drinking plenty, and relaxing are important.

YES. Curcumin possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which may help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress associated with prostatitis. Additionally, curcumin may have antimicrobial properties that could be beneficial for prostatitis caused by bacterial infections.

Turmeric and Chronic Prostatitis Treatment
Turmeric is a common cooking spice in the Indian diet, and also one of the herbal remedies in traditional Asian medicine. The turmeric extract was earliest mainly used in the coloring of sausage products, cans, sauce, and brine products in food production. With the development of medical research on curcumin, more and more health effects of curcumin have been found and recognized by the medical community. Curcumin is a chemical component extracted from the rhizome of turmeric, which is a rare pigment with diketone in the plant kingdom. Curcumin is a kind of plant polyphenol, and its pharmacological effects include anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, scavenging oxygen free radicals, anti-human immunodeficiency virus, protecting liver and kidney, anti-fibrosis, anti-cancer. It may inhibit the activation and expression of transcription factors such as nuclear factor kappa B and activator protein-1, and there was no obvious side effect. Adding more turmeric to your diet helps fight inflammation in your body. It can reduce inflammation in many ways, such as reducing the amount of histamine secretion in the body and promoting the anti-inflammatory activity of cortisol. Histamine and cortisol are substances in the body that help control inflammation. Curcumin and its volatile oil can effectively inhibit Staphylococcus aureus. Studies have shown that curcumin can effectively block the enzymes that cause inflammation, thus inhibiting the occurrence of inflammation — for example, chronic prostatitis and arthritis. In August 2012, researchers at George Mason University in the United States found that curcumin is a broad-spectrum inhibitor to prevent a series of viruses from infecting healthy cells. "The anti-inflammatory effect of curcumin is better than that of a prescription drug, and there are no side effects of a prescription drug," said Dr. "I use turmeric a lot in my treatment, and it's very effective in anti-inflammatory," said minlewa Santos, a doctor at North Winchester hospital in New York. Although preliminary studies have shown that curcumin has an anti-inflammatory effect, there is not enough evidence to support it. It should be noted that although the human body has a high tolerance for the intake of turmeric, excessive intake of health care products may lead to ulcers, and long-term use may cause adverse effects such as nausea, flatulence, nausea, dyspepsia, and stomachache. In addition, some people who are allergic to turmeric will have discomfort. The World Health Organization(WHO) suggests that, because it has certain drug properties, it must not be overeaten. Adults should control the intake of 0-3mg per kilogram of body weight, not more than 200mg per day. If you want to treat chronic prostatitis safely and effectively, you can also choose the herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill. It is made of more than 50 kinds of herbs through reasonable compatibility, and they are not only effective but also have no side effects. Taking

But if you need Prostatitis to recover, you still need medication. For effective choices, herbal medicine Diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill is a good choice.

Curcumin in turmeric can significantly inhibit the proliferation of prostate hyperplasia cells and induce apoptosis. Curcumin can induce the degradation of cyclin E through ubiquitination dependent pathway, and up regulate the expression of cyclin dependent protein kinase inhibitors p21 and p27, thus inhibiting cell proliferation. At the same time, it can also down regulate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R), inhibit the tyrosine kinase activity of EGF-R, and inhibit the ligand mediated EGF-R activation, thus inhibiting the proliferation of prostate cells.

If you want to be comfortable in your old age, you should not ignore an enlarged prostate. I would have spent the rest of my life eating overhyped prostate medicine if it hadn't been for this tips.

I'm already 55, and my experience with an enlarged prostate has made even the most mundane tasks difficult. I couldn’t even watch my favourite game without having to go to the bathroom every now and then. I didn’t take any medicine and I didn’t even go through with the surgery my wife tried to convince me to take, but in just 1 month I managed to fix my prostate problem. My difficulties were solved simply by following the instructions and eating the foods recommended.

When diagnosing with prostatitis, medicine, like antibiotics or herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill can be selected according to the condition. Prostatic hyperplasia has no symptom, can recuperate through living habit.

Turmeric helps regulate digestion and is also effective in killing germs and bacteria in food. It also gives the food a beautiful fragrance. It’s antiseptic properties are exploited outside the body i.e. for small cuts and bruises,it acts a substitute to detol/savlon. It also helps restrict fungal infections.

Sorry for the delay.

Hope it helps!

Yes, it may stop the facial hair growth for men.

People are using turmeric paste to remove unwanted hairs. When turmeric paste is applied to the skin, it can stick like mild glue. And when it is scrubbed or wiped off, the hair comes off along with it, usually from the roots. If you do this regularly, the process actually lessens hair growth over time.
