A change never goes unnoticed. I actually happened to make multiple changes in my life simultaneously within just one week. In fact it was very much like domino effect. My inspiration to readers is that they should really do it in one week. And I guarantee that they will actually succeed.

For me it started with following and went all the way up to following:

  1. Waking up on time.
  2. Working out right after waking up.
  3. Running computer programs during workout.
  4. Creating checklists for everything.
  5. Executing on checklist items one after the other.
  6. Eliminating whatever was non-value-adding.
  7. Adding good habits and tasks on the checklists as rules.
  8. Networking with more people and humbly asking more ideas to work on.
  9. Putting all the residual time in reading, writing, public speaking.
  10. Identifying weaknesses and eliminating them one after the other.
  11. Identifying strengths and enhancing them to a greater extent.
  12. Writing on Quora, and working hard towards writing good answers.

  • Nothing will go unnoticed.
  • My fitness improved within about 6 months.
  • My effectiveness at everything improved.
  • My happiness improved.
  • All this went up to the extent, that now I can relax and write on Quora. Sometimes I write as many as five to six posts on Quora in just one day.
  • In all the seriousness, it wasn’t that I was clueless about it, or there were things I was not good at already, but the domino effect of waking up on time and working out right in the morning did wonders.

Lot of people do not really believe this can be true. The reason it is not believable is that because it sounds too simple: “Waking up on time and then following a checklist”. But that is only the first domino and tipping that domino is not easy.

If you do not believe it, then try it for 180 days in a row (don’t fail even one day, Saturday or Sunday), and then come tell me you don’t believe in it.
