When I was a young mother of three children and a new home owner in a part of town that had extremely young families and older people. My “older” neighbor would come and ask me if he could spray my yard for dandelions, of course I said yes and he would do it. Then he would ask if he could please fertilize my lawn for me. He did this for 3 years until I moved. After I moved I came to fully appreciate his kind service. That was 25 years ago and evertime I fertilize my lawn or pull a dandelion I think of him.
