True story. When my widower grandfather passed away, he had three children and six grandchildren. He divided this estate evenly among his nine descendants. However, he left his condo to my aunt, who took care of him for the last two years of his life (she was widowed too). Everyone in the family was not only OK with it, but we were grateful to her for taking care of him and keeping him out of an old-age home.
