I would say french women are more overweighted than italian women.

The fashion style is also different : french women like to dress in black with same Zara or H&M clothes. Italian women like to wear colorful clothes.

Italian woman has more a strong behaviour, they are more Alpha compare to french women.

French women don’t hesitate to argue in public, for italian women I don’t know.
