I am student of ALLEN Pune,ALLEN has pushed us all in big mess in these times, I am studying in the JEE section. This year due to covid - 19, already our prepartion is distured but Allen is also doing a very bad job in managing the studies. All they want is to reduce their cost and maximize profits even in these times. Allen is sending pre-recorded videos to students which are very difficult to understand and there is no one to guide us about our doubts. I try watching the video 2 to 3 times but still the content is not clear to me. There is no way to ask the teacher to give more examples or to ask him to teach the concept in more detail.

But, this is the worst part. The worst is going to come for us studying at ALLEN when the lockdown is lifted. As ALLEN has also started paying less than 50% salary to the teachers. Now, all the teachers at ALLEN want to leave ALLEN to move to any other coaching as there is no job security for them in ALLEN, Now, as soon as they get an option to move out of ALLEN, they will, therefore, Studying at allen is going to be death trap for new students. Right now, ALLEN is boasting about teachers and systems but soon when the lockdown is over and all the good teachers at ALLEN move to other coaching centers, the JEE and NEET preparation of the students will get worse as it happened with RAO IIT. In RAO IIT also, the teachers were paid half salary and in some time all the good teachers left and the future of all the students got affected.

I believe it will be foolish decision to trust ALLEN and start the preparation at ALLEN
