Soldiers in Vietnam war had a minimum "body count" target. If they didn't kill enough "enemy soldiers", they would kill normal people and call them soldiers in their report. The " youngest" soldier was age 2. Full-on fascist.

The American troops raped so many young girls who got pregnant. Many of these girls, traumatized by rape, often dropped off the babies at the US embassy. After the war, US had to fly back planeful of war-orphans that were dropped off at the embassy.
