The democratic countries of Europe & American continent are having decent governments like of France, Germany, Sweden, Britain, US, Spain etc. This government respects concepts of freedom, justice, Rule of law, Equality before law, Human Rights, liberty, fraternity etc. In Asia the government of Japan is also an example of decent government.
