I was interviewing for the position in the sales team for the company.

The interviewer looked EXACTLY like my ex, (Tall, geeky, great smile) so I spent the next half an hour stammering like an idiot, being absolutely smitten by his smile and nervously avoiding eye contact! I was trying not to look at him at all, worried that I might not find the words and instead decided to focus on the wall behind him, he looked at the wall twice trying to figure out if there was someone standing there!

He: So tell me about one of your biggest failures?
Me: (still looking at the wall) Failures? Pshhh, don’t have any.

Needless to say, he thought I didn’t fit the role and I didn’t get the job. If only he knew!
