Water, water, water. I keep a water bottle next to (and sometimes in) my bed. I drink a whole bunch before bed and if I get up at night or wake up even just to turn over you better believe I'm sipping on my water. It has litterally changed my life for the better. Not only is my skin better but I find it easier to wake up in the morning (though I have never had caffeine in the mornings) and I no longer get morning headaches.
Keep in mind I am also doing a number of other therapies for my chronic migraines but they haven't helped for my morning migraines like the water has.
I also keep a rather regimented sleep schedule - or I try to. I haven't been so successful of late and it results in migraines. Sleep is crucial.
So stay hydrated, keep a regular sleep schedule and drink caffeine in moderation. Caffeine timed properly at the onset of a migraine can be very helpful but too much in your diet can be a problem.
A doctor can help you with medications and possibly injection treatments if your problem is severe and chronic but water is my strongest solution. Bring your own everywhere.
Read my other answers on migraines for more information on what I do and have done. Hopefully it helps a little at least.
