Vincent Schiavelli was an American-Italian (born in the U.S., moved to his ancestral town in Sicily as an adult) character actor with Marfan syndrome, a genetic disorder that caused him to be quite tall, with long limbs and a distinctive, “sad-faced" appearance that made him instantly recognizable even if you didn't know his name.

Prior to his death from cancer at just 57 in 2005, he gave memorable performances in scads of films, including One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Better Off Dead, Ghost, and The People vs. Larry Flynt., and was very highly regarded among both critics and fellow actors.

Carel Struycken is a Dutch actor who suffers from acromegaly, a disorder caused by an excess of growth hormone. At 7′0′ tall, his height and gaunt, angular features have led him to be cast in many film and television productions, such as Twin Peaks, The Addams Family films (as Lurch), Men in Black, Gerald's Game, Doctor Sleep, and Star Trek: TNG.
