In my view Its ok to accept.

If The data they collected be used for advertising is ok and they can't do any harm to us . If someone hack the the data base they collected, then it will hw big issue.

We know that in recent years millions of people data is leaked from Facebook, Microsoft,bigbasket, not one or two …everywhere.

So its truly depends on you. Whether your data is important or not.
