I was working in a Canadian company as sales. My job was to sell our services. My family ran two companies that requires the particular service the company offers. The two companies we ran require the service in very large scales, more than any of their clients or a few large clients combined. And we have a lot of friends in the same industry with similar scale. I was laid off disregard my work and effort to set up a fairly large account and all the work to maintain it due to company politics. There were a couple departments fighting over the client I was maintaining. So after they gave me the msg, I basically gave them a hint then left. They had a few people called a couple times to casually chat to try to get a confirmation on what my hint means, I just enhanced the hint but never confirm anything. After they realise I will never say yes nor no, or anything concrete, they just left me alone.
