Grotesque. The only movie that can be better than Cannibal Holocaust.

Its so disturbing (literally vomitting now). A doctor kidnaps a young couple and forces them into a game of torment that slowly extinguishes their hopes for survival.

No one survives in the end. Instead it ends with one more victim founded by that psycho doctor.
