After undergoing a shoulder arthroscopy surgery, after 2 -3 weeks, you may be able to do daily activities. If you do desk jobs, then you can resume. But if you do heavy work like lifting weights, then you will probably need 3 – 4 months off. In most cases, patients take 6 – 8 months to recover completely.
