First of all yes….even if you have enough money at hand, take a loan. It helps the visa officer to know that you are a genuine candidate who has enough financial commitments in home country to return. Now I am not an immigration specialist but someone who is going by common advice. So yeah education loans help.

Second, Hand on heart if you are looking for someone to help you get through the spirals of banking processes…. it is #wemakescholars. I had no hope to get any education loans and somehow through a YouTube video I reached out to them. The education loan office Shruti was extremely helpful and with the help of her colleague Shifali they both made the entire thing possible. I think it’s the dedication they have towards their clients that stands out. They genuinely want you to succeed and at some point of time I wanted to tell Shruti…it’s okay just leave it but then she did not give up at all. Finally today my sanction letter from HDFC Credila came through….after one refusal…LOLS. So if anyone is considering to study abroad and looking for a study loan, reach out to #wemakescholars. They really know the ropes and know the rules enough to ensure the banks follow them and do not return deserving candidates without trying hard enough.
