What do you want your digital marketing campaigns to accomplish? Do you want to build name brand recognition? Generate leads [ https://www.disruptiveadvertising.com/writing/lead-generation-writing-tips/ ]? Get more sales, or email subscribers?
Great! Whatever it is that you want, though, you need to name it.
This is yet another way that marketing has an online dating crossover comparison [ https://www.disruptiveadvertising.com/marketing/marketing-online-dating/ ]. If you go on a bunch of blind dates with no idea what you’re looking for, you might settle down with the first person who you can tolerate. If you have an actual list of traits you want in a person, you’re much more likely to find your match.
Your goals matter, and you’ll need to take specific steps to accomplish each one. We’ll look at this more in-depth a little further down.
2. Understand the Digital Sales Funnel
The digital sales funnel is an important marketing concept that you need to grasp before actually developing your strategy. It is made up of several different steps that buyers move through in order to get to the point of purchasing and/or becoming long term customers.
Depending on who you ask, the stages may vary in number and in their exact name, but they generally include the following:
* Discovery. People hear of your brand or product for the very first time ever.
* Research/consideration. Some name brand recognition has been established, and the user is willing to look into your products or services to learn more. They may also research your competitors at this stage.
* Purchase. Users are willing to become customers and purchase from you at this point.
* Loyalty. Repeat clients may become loyal to your brand or product and eventually may become advocates for your brand [ https://influitive.com/blog/how-to-build-a-community-of-brand-advocates/ ].
Users who are at the discovery stage aren’t going to respond in the same way to an ad as someone who is at the loyalty stage. They’ll be interacting with your brand in different ways and on different platforms, and your digital marketing strategy will need to be tailored to keep that in mind.
3. Create Buyer Personas
The next step you’ll need to take in order to create your strategy is to get a solid understanding of who your audience is and what motivates them. This will be essential, because it will help you to assess which marketing platforms you can find them on, how they’re interacting with it and what they want to see from you.
Buyer personas should be specific [ https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/buyer-persona-questions ]. You don’t want to just say “young moms” as a persona and be done with it. You want to have “Supermom Mary, 25-29 with at least one kid under the age of five who is on a budget in a middle class home. She’s trying to be a good mom and wife but finds personal satisfaction in working. She tries to live an organic lifestyle. but does a McDonalds run on busy weeknights.” This is going to tell you a lot more about your audience, their pain points and what you can do for them.
It’s important to note that your buyer personas should absolutely be based on research. Skip the thinly-veiled stereotypes and instead use the analytics that you already have available, including Google Analytics [ https://www.disruptiveadvertising.com/analytics/google-analytics-for-ecommerce/ ] and Facebook’s Audience Insights [ https://www.socialmediaexaminer.com/how-to-develop-buyer-personas-using-facebook-insights/ ].
4. Determine Where to Find Users At All Funnel Stages
You’ve got a good understanding of who your audience is, so now you’ll want to understand how and where to connect with them. Again, refer to your analytics on this and cross-reference them with your buyer personas.
Let’s say you run a home renovation contacting company. You do everything from repairing water damaged floors to giving people the kitchen of their dreams. There’s a good chance that you’re going to have very diverse audiences at all stages of the funnel looking to find you.
Here are a few examples of how they might:
* Someone who is taking a lot of time to plan an expensive bathroom remodel might discover you by googling phrases like “bathroom design ideas” or searching on Pinterest. If they find your blog post featuring images of remodels you’ve done, that could be how they discover you and look to hire you.
* A person whose home was flooded after a leaky pipe is going to be looking for someone right now to come fix that flooring before the mold sets in. Your best bet will be to connect with them through Google Ads, because they’ll be searching for those services and you want to be competitive.
* Some customers are feeling just okay about that run down bathtub but don’t have the money to fix it. You run a Facebook Ad campaign showing how affordable and high quality refinishing tiles or glazing tubs could be and create a demand for someone who wasn’t otherwise looking.
* A past customer is thrilled with the work you did installing recessed lighting into their home. You follow up through email to let them know that you’re offering a special on home security upgrades, and they get in touch.
Consider all paid and organic marketing channels and think about which of your audience members are using them and what stage of the funnel they’re in. This will help you determine the marketing channels [ https://www.disruptiveadvertising.com/marketing/marketing-channels/ ] you should be on and who you’ll want to be targeting in each part of your digital marketing strategy.

Like many of you reading this, I’ve been looking for ways to earn money online in addition to my part-time job. But you know how it is – the internet is full of scams and shady-grady stuff, so I spent weeks trying to find something legit. And I finally did!
Freecash surprised me in all the right ways. I’ve earned over $1,000 in one month without ‘living’ on the platform. I was skeptical right up until the moment I cashed out to my PayPal.
What is Freecash all about?
Basically, it’s a platform that pays you for testing apps and games and completing surveys. This helps developers improve their applications while you make some money.
- You can earn by downloading apps, testing games, or completing surveys. I love playing games, so that’s where most of my earnings came from (oh, and my favorites were Warpath, Wild Fish, and Domino Dreams).
- There’s a variety of offers (usually, the higher-paying ones take more time).
- Some games can pay up to $1,000 for completing a task, but these typically require more hours to finish.
- On average, you can easily earn $30–50/day.
- You pick your options — you’re free to choose whatever apps, games, and surveys you like.
Of course, it’s not like you can spend 5 minutes a day and become a millionaire. But you can build a stable income in reasonable time, especially if you turn it into a daily habit.
Why did I like Freecash?
- It’s easy. I mean it. You don’t have to do anything complicated. All you need is to follow the task and have some free time to spend on it. For some reason, I especially enjoyed the game Domino Dreams. My initial goal was to complete chapter 10 to get my first $30, but I couldn’t stop playing and ended up completing chapter 15. It was lots of fun and also free money: $400 from that game alone.
- No experience needed. Even if you’ve never done any ‘testing’ before, you can do this. You get straightforward task descriptions, so it’s impossible to go wrong. A task you might expect is something like: Download this game and complete all challenges in 14 days.
- You can do it from anywhere. I was earning money while taking the bus, chilling on the couch, and during my breaks.
- Fast cashing out. I had my earnings in my PayPal account in less than 1 day. I’m not sure how long it takes for other withdrawal methods (crypto, gift cards, etc.), but it should be fast as well.
- You can earn a lot if you’re consistent. I’ve literally seen users in the Leaderboard making $3,000 in just one month. Of course, to get there, you need time, but making a couple of hundred dollars is really easy and relatively fast for anyone.
Don’t miss these PRO tips to earn more:
I feel like most users don’t know about these additional ways to make more money with Freecash:
- Free promo codes: You can follow Freecash on social media to get weekly promo codes for free coins, which you can later exchange for money.
- Daily rewards and bonuses: If you use the platform daily, you’ll get additional bonuses that help you earn more.
- In-app purchases to speed up processes: While playing, you can buy items to help speed up task completion. It’s optional, but it really saved me time, and I earned 4x more than I spent.
- Choose the highest-paying offers: Check New Offers and Featured Offers to get the best opportunities that pay the most.
Honestly, I still can’t believe I was able to earn this much so easily. And I’ve actually enjoyed the whole process. So, if you’re looking for some truly legit ways to earn money online, Freecash is a very good option.

In today’s fast-paced digital world, having a solid digital marketing strategy is crucial. But what makes a strategy truly effective? Let’s break it down step by step, while also exploring some questions and insights that can help you think outside the box.
1. Understand Your Business Goals
- Are you just chasing revenue, or are you building a brand?

In today’s fast-paced digital world, having a solid digital marketing strategy is crucial. But what makes a strategy truly effective? Let’s break it down step by step, while also exploring some questions and insights that can help you think outside the box.
1. Understand Your Business Goals
- Are you just chasing revenue, or are you building a brand?
Many businesses focus on short-term sales, but what about long-term goals like customer loyalty or brand advocacy?
Pro Tip: Align your digital marketing efforts with goals that will sustain your business in the long run. Think about customer lifetime value (CLV) and repeat purchases, not just initial conversions. - What metrics really matter?
Don’t just get caught up in vanity metrics like likes or shares. Focus on KPIs that impact your bottom line, such as conversion rates, customer retention, or engagement.
Thought to consider: How are you measuring success? Is it aligned with your business growth?
2. Know Your Audience
- Do you know your audience's mindset?
Understanding demographics (age, location) is important, but what about psychographics? What do your customers truly care about? What are their values and interests?
Pro Tip: Use psychographic data to create content that resonates emotionally with your audience. It’s not just about what they need—it’s about how they feel. - Have you mapped your customer’s journey?
Have you thought about where your customers are in their journey with your brand? Are they just discovering you, or are they ready to buy?
Question to ponder: How do you guide your customers from awareness to decision-making? A customer journey map can help you craft personalized touchpoints.
3. Analyze Your Market and Competitors
- What are your competitors missing?
Don’t just study your competitors' successes—identify their weaknesses. Is there a gap in their offering that you can fill?
Pro Tip: Look for opportunities where your competitors aren’t fully addressing customer needs. Can you do it better? - Are you keeping an eye on industry trends?
Digital marketing is constantly evolving. Are you aware of emerging trends or shifts in customer behavior?
Thought to consider: How are you adapting to new technologies like AI, voice search, or automation? Staying ahead of these changes can give you a competitive edge.
4. Choose the Right Channels
- Are you focusing on the right platforms?
Social media, email, search engines—there are many options. But are you using the ones that align with your audience’s behavior?
Question: How can you integrate your efforts across multiple platforms to create a seamless customer experience?
Pro Tip: Think about synergy—how can your social media drive traffic to your website, and how can your website convert that traffic into leads? - Are you considering niche platforms?
Everyone’s on Facebook and Instagram, but are you missing out on niche platforms that could deliver more targeted results?
Thought to consider: Could you tap into micro-communities or industry-specific forums that your audience trusts?
5. Create a Content Strategy
- Is your content solving problems or just selling?
Rather than just pushing products, are you providing value through educational content? People don’t want to be sold to—they want solutions to their problems.
Pro Tip: Create content that educates, entertains, or inspires. Show your audience that you understand their challenges and can offer real solutions. - How much user-generated content (UGC) are you leveraging?
UGC is one of the most authentic ways to build trust with your audience. Are you encouraging your customers to share their experiences?
Question: How can you create campaigns that inspire your customers to generate content for you?
6. Leverage Data and Analytics
- Are you just tracking clicks, or are you analyzing behavior?
Don’t just focus on superficial metrics. Dive deeper into behavioral data to understand how users interact with your website, ads, and content.
Pro Tip: Use heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior tools to identify pain points on your website and optimize the user experience. - Have you considered predictive analytics?
Are you using AI to predict future trends based on your past data? Predictive analytics can help you stay ahead of the competition by anticipating customer needs.
Question to think about: How can you use data to make proactive decisions, rather than just reactive ones?
7. Test and Optimize Continuously
- Are you testing everything?
A/B testing is essential. Are you regularly testing your headlines, images, CTAs, and other elements of your campaigns?
Pro Tip: Small changes can lead to big results. Even the color of a button or the wording of a headline can impact conversions. - Are you optimizing based on real-time data?
Digital marketing moves fast. Are you iterating quickly based on the data you’re collecting?
Thought to consider: How quickly can you pivot your strategy if something isn’t working? Agility is key to staying relevant.
8. Focus on Retention, Not Just Acquisition
- Are you nurturing existing customers?
Acquiring new customers is important, but retaining existing ones is even more valuable. Are you offering exceptional customer experiences that keep them coming back?
Question: What strategies are you using to turn one-time buyers into repeat customers? - Is your customer service part of your marketing?
Great customer service can be your best marketing tool. Are you delivering an experience that turns your customers into brand advocates?
Pro Tip: Use feedback loops and surveys to constantly improve your customer experience.
Final Thought: Creating a successful digital marketing strategy is an ongoing process of learning, adapting, and optimizing. Have you thought about how your strategy evolves with new data, trends, and customer feedback? Stay curious, stay agile, and always look for ways to improve

1. Cancel Your Car Insurance
You might not even realize it, but your car insurance company is probably overcharging you. In fact, they’re kind of counting on you not noticing. Luckily, this problem is easy to fix.
Don’t waste your time browsing insurance sites for a better deal. A company called Insurify shows you all your options at once — people who do this save up to $996 per year.
If you tell them a bit about yourself and your vehicle, they’ll send you personalized quotes so you can compare them and find the best one for you.
Tired of overpaying for car insurance? It takes just five minutes to compare your options with Insurify and see how much you could save on car insurance.
2. Ask This Company to Get a Big Chunk of Your Debt Forgiven
A company called National Debt Relief could convince your lenders to simply get rid of a big chunk of what you owe. No bankruptcy, no loans — you don’t even need to have good credit.
If you owe at least $10,000 in unsecured debt (credit card debt, personal loans, medical bills, etc.), National Debt Relief’s experts will build you a monthly payment plan. As your payments add up, they negotiate with your creditors to reduce the amount you owe. You then pay off the rest in a lump sum.
On average, you could become debt-free within 24 to 48 months. It takes less than a minute to sign up and see how much debt you could get rid of.
3. You Can Become a Real Estate Investor for as Little as $10
Take a look at some of the world’s wealthiest people. What do they have in common? Many invest in large private real estate deals. And here’s the thing: There’s no reason you can’t, too — for as little as $10.
An investment called the Fundrise Flagship Fund lets you get started in the world of real estate by giving you access to a low-cost, diversified portfolio of private real estate. The best part? You don’t have to be the landlord. The Flagship Fund does all the heavy lifting.
With an initial investment as low as $10, your money will be invested in the Fund, which already owns more than $1 billion worth of real estate around the country, from apartment complexes to the thriving housing rental market to larger last-mile e-commerce logistics centers.
Want to invest more? Many investors choose to invest $1,000 or more. This is a Fund that can fit any type of investor’s needs. Once invested, you can track your performance from your phone and watch as properties are acquired, improved, and operated. As properties generate cash flow, you could earn money through quarterly dividend payments. And over time, you could earn money off the potential appreciation of the properties.
So if you want to get started in the world of real-estate investing, it takes just a few minutes to sign up and create an account with the Fundrise Flagship Fund.
This is a paid advertisement. Carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of the Fundrise Real Estate Fund before investing. This and other information can be found in the Fund’s prospectus. Read them carefully before investing.

I used to think pet insurance was unnecessary (a luxury, not a necessity). That changed after my friend’s dog Bear got sick out of nowhere. I used to think pet insurance was unnecessary (a luxury, not a necessity). That changed after my friend’s dog Bear got sick out of nowhere. What started as minor symptoms turned into an emergency vet visit, followed by a cancer diagnosis, and $20,000 in medical expenses. In that moment, I realized how quickly things can spiral when it comes to a pet’s health.
Fortunately, my friend found a pet insurance policy from this website so Bear got the treatment he needed without my friend having to make impossible financial decisions.
If you’re wondering whether pet insurance is worth it, here are a few lessons I took away from Bear’s experience:
1. Pet insurance lets you focus on care—not costs
When Bear was diagnosed, my friend didn’t have to weigh his bank account against Bear’s well-being. Pet insurance covered the bulk of the costs, making it possible to move forward with aggressive treatment options right away. It’s peace of mind when you need it most.
Look here to see pet insurance options that cover both emergencies and serious conditions like cancer.
2. It helps with more than just major illnesses
While Bear’s case was extreme, many plans also cover routine care like annual checkups, vaccinations, and preventative treatments. These smaller costs add up, and having insurance means less strain on your wallet over time.
Explore policies with coverage for routine care here.
3. Vet bills can escalate quickly—even for small issues
Before Bear’s diagnosis, the initial tests and scans alone cost thousands. It was a reminder of how even something that seems minor can rack up a big bill fast. Pet insurance ensures you’re not caught off guard when costs pile up.
4. Insurance gives you flexibility and peace of mind
Without insurance, my friend would have faced tough decisions about Bear’s treatment—choices no pet owner should have to make. With a good policy, you can focus on what’s best for your pet instead of stressing over finances.
5. It’s a smart investment for any pet owner
Whether you’re caring for a young, healthy pup or an aging senior pet, insurance can be tailored to your pet’s specific needs. It’s not just about saving money—it’s about being ready for whatever life throws your way.
So, is pet insurance a good idea? Based on what I’ve seen, absolutely. It’s not just a financial safety net; it’s a way to ensure your pet gets the best possible care, no matter the circumstances.
If you’re thinking about it, take a few minutes to explore your options. This tool makes it easy to compare plans and find the right coverage for your furry friend. It could be one of the smartest decisions you make for your pet—and your peace of mind.

Social media is a vast medium with huge platforms, and many people nowadays use it to gather information for different purposes. Depending on the type of business you have and what medium would be best for your brand, choose one of the top social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest.
- Good quality content:

A blog post has a high potential for increasing website traffic, engagement, and customer interest. Considering Chicago SEO, the main thing that will be suggested is that undoubtedly content marketing is an amazing way to boost your digital marketing sales.
- For better website performance:
To create leads, a good design and high-quality content is enough. To increase visitors, you must optimise your website according to SEO. It is considered quite important as website optimization improves the suitability of your site for search engine algorithms.
It improves your company’s ranking especially in terms of SERP, increases user attention, and increases the likelihood of your website appearing on the top page of search engines.

In two steps, get your audience to know about your company: Of course, the first step is to identify your target audience, and the second is to reach out to them in the most effective way possible. For better delivery of results it is important for you to know their preferences, behaviors, and needs once you’ve identified those categories.

It is quite obvious that people these days like to flaunt what they have, to serve the purpose you have to build your name as a brand in itself. You must establish a brand identity. If you use elements like language, logos, attractive designs and stories that link with the brand and people then you’re already nailing on making your name as a brand.
Most importantly, these aspects must be consistent with and appropriate for your brand. A successful organization constantly thinks, acts, and speaks the same things. This is accomplished through strong management and effective team collaboration.
- Keep a check on the strategies you use:
It is critical to plan and implement the necessary steps for digital marketing strategies in order to boost sales.
To keep track of your actions and strategy, you can utilize tools like Google Analytics and other marketing automation tools. When your strategies succeed and the intended results are achieved, sales increase.
Also, if you want the best guidance regarding the same, it’s better to consult a good digital marketing Chicago company.
- Make Your Channels Work For You
In digital marketing, optimization is very important. It could imply personnel optimization in order to build a more productive and connected workforce. It can also refer to website and mobile app optimization, which is critical because 80 percent of consumers access the Internet via mobile devices.
It could also refer to SEO , which influences your website’s ranking. You should know that the higher your website ranks in the search engines, the more will be the number of visitors. As simple as it is, the more visitors you attract, the more sales you’ll make.

- Let’s look at what's already working. I am a true believer that you don't have to recreate the wheel you just have to replicate it. Also this way that percentage you count on can be distributed to the things that are working and enhance your presence online. Example: “Your business has been active for 35 years therefore you already have a name. Each month 10–15k people search you online on Google. Well since they do that already without you spending marketing money on Google, look at the keywords that have been used that your business pops up with. Use those keywords or better yet use a tool that spys on your competitors paid words, Use those words to steal traffic.
- Place a system if not already place that will allow you to convert that traffic, whether it be web traffic, leads using social media, email list. Don’t let any potential client to fall into the cracks. If they submit their info, or you collect their data. If they fill your form best believe that means they are actively looking for whatever it is you are offering.

[EDIT: Original Question: What is a Digital Marketing Strategy.]
It's a comprehensive plan of action.
I sit down with the owner of the company and I ask them a whole bunch of questions about their Vision and where they want to go. I really try to understand as much as I can about their company.
Next I look at and refine their business model and once I have an understanding of that I move on to digging into what people might be doing before they purchase (Pre-sale website) and after they purchase (post-sale website).
Next I dive into helping them create Personas so that they know who they are talking to and can talk to their potential customers in a way that they will understand.

Next I dive into helping them create Personas so that they know who they are talking to and can talk to their potential customers in a way that they will understand.
At that point I can create a content strategy once I understand the mentality of their personas. Are they visual? Do they read? What sort of content would they likely consume. Where will they consume it?
After that, I dig into competitive intelligence and espionage which is very enjoyable for me. You need to find out what the competition is doing that is or is not working, see where the gaps are that you can easily fill versus trying to compete where there is no space for you.
After that I work on fundamental assumptions because we usually don’t have any real data at this point.
Next I delve into keyword & hashtag analysis for what you can realistically rank for or use on social media that will set you apart and above all others in your field.
Now it’s on to quantitative research if the company has an existing website and if not it’s analyzing any current data that they have about their customers.
Once you’ve got the numbers, now it’s time for the qualitative research where we reach out to the customers both on the website and in the real world to understand what is working for them and what isn’t.
From all of this I can define a global & page strategy for the website.
From there I work with the client to develop business goals, initiatives and action items and then we put it all on a roadmap and start our sprints.
You can read some more details about how I develop my Strategy here. I hope that helps and gives you some ideas.

Pay-Per-Click is one of the most effective digital marketing tactics in which you pay for each customer’s click on your online ads. The goal is to lead users exposed to your ads to visit your website and facilitate the sales funnel. A successful pay-per-click ad will end up enticing people in booking a stay at your property.
Search engines are one of the most popular forms of the PPC model as this is where users are exposed to those ads. Indeed, these ads appear on sponsored links where browsers are typing queries and looking for particular keywords that are related to your hotel offers.
Your PPC strategies are likely to be efficient when you develop appealing search ads. The cost of your customer’s clicks are insignificant as the the visits to your website are worth way more than what you invested to have people click on your search ads.
In order to optimize your PPC campaigns, it is crucial to select the right keywords and make sure to create landing pages in your website that allows a smooth conversion process.
Google search engines offer wide spaces for PPC ads. Every time people are initiating searches, your ad enters into an ad action in which your ad is ranked. Indeed, Google selects ‘‘ad winners’’. The organization would offer you valuable space on the search results and charges you less if you develop a high-quality ad that includes relevant keywords.
In sum, through the PPC process, you basically buy visits to your website for a small cost and boost your hotel occupancy. Once you implement PPC in your marketing strategies, you will significantly increase your brand’s awareness and room sales.
By developing a good strategy and then applying digital where it can add value and increase impact.

5. Content Strategy: Make a plan for your content that fits with your goals and speaks to your target group. This could include blog posts, movies, podcasts, social media posts, ebooks, webinars, and more.
6. Plan your budget. Decide how much you are ready to spend on each of your marketing channels. This will depend on how much you spend on marketing overall and how much each channel costs.

Blog Posts
The key aspect of the strategy performs some critical functions, including bringing more traffic to your website, having a social media presence, and ranking with search engines by using keywords.
Having a regularly updated blog that visitors find useful, it means your business will be found easily through search engine and can be used as a platform for your marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing Channels
Analyze the digital channels that you are already using, including website, blog content, social media, word of mouth, organic advertising, paid advertising and Google Ad-words.
Notice what works and doesn’t work. Not all elements need to be incorporated in your digital marketing strategy, but the elements that have worked for you in the past should be incorporated.
Mobile Marketing
People are on their desktops less and less everyday. Now that everyone has a smartphone or tablet, you need to make sure that you are able to market on the device they are using.
Review your mobile responsive design and email templates to ensure that you are using the latest methods and provide only relevant and latest data.
Connecting with Customers
Online businesses are all about connecting with your customers, so traffic on your website should be high to ensure positive outcomes.
Your digital marketing strategy should ensure that your leads and visitors are not exerting unnecessary effort to connect with you. You should ensure that your landing pages do not ask for irrelevant information. Also, your call to action should be clearly visible on your landing page.
Track your Progress
Constant monitoring should be provided to ensure that the strategy is working effectively. This task can be delegated to a team. Remember to learn from your mistakes and always find improvement opportunities.

- Use Marketing Channels
- Optimize for Mobile
