• Self-learning - ability to learn
• Self-leadership - ability to lead self to next level/job/position
• Self-knowledge - own needs, wants, competences, personal attributes, qualities

Skills to perceive the environment

• Expansion of Perception on Industry, Job trends, Work culture, Future of jobs, skills
