Yes you are completely right. Its a world capital of Plastic Surgery. In Seoul the capital of South Korea, there is an area name called Gangnam street (Gangnam dong), its a very posh and high class area.. you can find every second person foreigner here.. you will be amazed by the youth over there on streets.. they are highly smart and beautiful.. just to promote there clinics.

I think you can find more then 30 or 40 or 50 clinics in a single building here in Gangnam and there are many buildings like the same.
